My wife bought a dress from another Kivari location to wear to a wedding. By the time the wedding day came around, we had moved hotels and the dress needed steaming. The girls at this store were so kind and offered to steam it for her on the spot. Their customer service was incredible—friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond. Thank you for saving the day!
This beautiful boutique was absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the most incredible fragrance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. The pieces they had on display were simply stunning! I only wish I had a store like this where I live. Kivari has definitely become one of my favorite brands now x

Disappointing and Unwelcome Experience I visited the store this afternoon, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the shop being empty, neither of the two staff members greeted me or acknowledged my presence. It felt rude and dismissive, as if I wasn’t even worth their attention. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I left feeling like I was being looked down upon. A simple hello would have made a big difference.
