Excellent customer service in the Freshie shop. Great designs and quality too.
Good quality stylish beachy clothing but terrible customer service. Went to return a dress I purchased online as it was too small (sizing variable) and the online returns portal would not work. Contacted online customer service and after several emails over a week still not resolved. Unable to contact anyone via phone despite leaving messages over 2 days and requesting call back via online chat. Reluctant to purchase on line again.
Bad online customer service - went from first time buyer to now last time buyer. Sorry guys but this day and age customer service should be number one
