My mum and I decided to pop in as we saw some beautiful clothes in the window, and we are so glad we did. Not only are the clothes gorgeous but the customer service was phenomenal. All the staff are so kind and knowledgeable about the brand! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend you visiting when you are next in Chadstone!! ☺️❤️
I don’t often do reviews but Hritika deserves a shout out. I had my eyes set on an outfit that seemed to have sold out across all stores, but Hritika went above and beyond to get me this set in the right size and pulled it off with a very tight turnaround of 2 days. Customers service these days often leaves a lot to be desired so this experience stood out by a long mile. I had an amazing experience with the team! From the moment I walked in, I felt truly welcomed. I had several great conversations with the staff, but I especially want to thank Hritika. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress for a party I needed to attend. Although the size I needed wasn't available in-store, I really appreciated her dedication and excellent customer service. Her effort made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling very well taken care of.
