Love the clothes, bought a dress for an event, staff assisted to get promptly from another store. Beautiful dress, lots of compliments!
I purchased a linen playsuit for around $300. Followed the washing instructions to the letter and it has shrunk so much. The shorts portion of the garment has gone up my leg by about 6cm. Very disappointed. I've tried stretching it out but no luck.
The issue with all of these clothing brands is that they are very rigid in their returning policy. The sizing on different items differs. Even if an item is on SALE you should still be allowed to exchange it. It does not help the buyer out at all. There are limited stores so they risk losing business from customer. This needs to change.
