Very bad experience, they took very long time to deliver my order, I send around 3 complaints about my order took so long. I received my order today after long time, and gets what? The sides according with they measured are very small I ask for side M when my side is S but because is my first time I buy in this company I thought is better buy M, so didn’t fix and the material is very cheap, ugly, I didn’t return because they going to take at least one month, so I prefer to donate. Please costumes be aware.
The uppity snobby attitude of the brunette sales assistant with light eyes was extremely off putting. Flimsy designs without proper lining but she wanted to act like they are priceless high quality clothes lol. A little advice if you want to make a sale, some, kindness, humility and not making customers feel bad in the store would go a very long way. I apologise profusely for letting your table cloth posing as a dress touch the ground lol.
