A wonderful warm greeting from the fabulous team at Kivari Pacific Fair! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite, such a pleasure to shop with them. Their service truly makes you want to buy more! Earlier this year, I had a disappointing experience at the Noosa boutique earlier this year, which turned me off the brand a little. However, the girls at Pac Fair completely changed my perception, they were amazing! I’m heading to Noosa soon, so fingers crossed the great service continues there.!
I wanted to return a dress I purchased for 300$ 3 days ago and was very surprised when the lady in store advised me that the company doesn't do refunds only exchange or credit note. I should have been ADVISED OF THIS when I purchased it. Poor customer service. Will not return there again.
I’ve been a follower and customer of KIVARI for quite a few years now. Every single piece is a dream. Beautifully made, gorgeous styles and fabrics. Prints are always stunning and never disappoint. Today 27/9/25, I was feeling blah, spruced myself up, popped on one of my beautiful KIVARI pieces and instantly felt beautiful. I then did a little retail therapy in your Pac Fair store. The ladies always remember me and lifted my mood immensely today. Thank you so much, it meant more than you know. You guys rock 💗 x

Really disappointed with this product. I tired the shorts on in the shop and they were a perfect fit. After only one wear they have stretched so much they don’t even come close to fitting me.
