I had the most beautiful experience today at Kivari Pacific Fair (Saturday 21st March). I’ve been shopping with Kivari for over 10 years, and this was my first time visiting this store, and hands down, it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I love Kivari clothing but it’s the ladies at this store that are so lovely and welcoming every time I visit that made me want to write a review. Special shout out to Cole & Tash (apologies if spelling isn’t correct) who were very helpful and kind today. Would recommend.
since when we have to pay credit card surcharge on shopping? spent $219 on a pair of shorts. there was no sign indicating there is a surcharge if pay by card. while i tapped the card it showed $219, only after i tapped the card and paid, it says $221.37. the tax invoice i got from the shop only showed $219 was charged. never buying from this shop again.
A wonderful warm greeting from the fabulous team at Kivari Pacific Fair! They were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite, such a pleasure to shop with them. Their service truly makes you want to buy more! Earlier this year, I had a disappointing experience at the Noosa boutique earlier this year, which turned me off the brand a little. However, the girls at Pac Fair completely changed my perception, they were amazing! I’m heading to Noosa soon, so fingers crossed the great service continues there.!
