Staff were so rude when I was trying to buy my girlfriend a Christmas present. Very inconsiderate and made me feel intimidated.
Fantastic attentive staff @ Burleigh. Great to see a local brand grow across Australia and maintain quality service and importantly beautiful well made garments.
Just went into this store at 4.50pm and was immediately told that they were closing. I looked at my watch to say it was still 10mins until 5pm and she kept up the ‘you’re not welcome’ vibes. Walked straight out. If that was my employee, I would be doing some serious customer service training…
The quality of Kivari is amazing which is why I'm happy to spend a bit more and treasure the dresses I have. The girls at Burleigh are always so wonderful and helpful and it's a must visit whenever I'm in the area.
