I had the worst experience ever with this company. I purchased a sectional from them over a month and half ago. My sectional needed to be custom made and they told me it will be delivered in a month. I received a call from them less than 24 hours before my deliver and was told the wrong fabric piece was used on my sectional but it was up to me if I wanted to keep it or not. WOW HORRIBLE F@#KING ORDEAL WITH THIS PLACE...we bought a lovely sectional. We were told we had to pick it up in Grove city; what we picked up was not what we purchased, then they did not want to fix or solve the situation and correct their mistake. Told us to take the wrong furniture BACK TO THE HOUSE ONCE AGAIN. And that they might be able to arrange for a free delivery and pick up

Terrible Experience with customer support and delivery. Upon purchasing the couch I was told that 7-10 business days until my order would be ready to pick up. 3 weeks later my order had not arrived. On top of that I was told at time of purchase that if I wanted to have the couch delivered it would be $100. After waiting nearly double the time allotted I no longer had access to a truck large enough to move it and the price had increased to $179.00. The customer service rep was very rude and the manager refused to talk to me. ... read more
