Found a cat at Pet Smart in Amsterdam NY that I liked. Filled out long application with many questions that were not necessary. Was told that their policy was that I would have to adopt two kittens or none. That cat does not have a home. I use to buy a lot of products from Pet Smart for previous pets. Had a previous problem with Kitten Angels when a cat that was suppose to be in one city was actually 30 miles away in another city. Kitten Angels does not work for me or the cat.

These people are truly useless. I understand that they try to help cats, but I had adopted one and they gave it to me about 2 years ago, then I wanted another and the person called Cindy answered my messages with an attitude. Really, that organizer is useless. After she told me that she was going to wait for me, she gave the cat to another person After she had already spoken with my landlord and we had partially reached an agreement, I understand because I want them to have a happy home. I had a large family of feral cats and kittens. And wanted to get the kittens homes. Kitten Angels came out trapped the kittens and older cats. I am taking the older cats back THANKFULLY Kitten Angels will rehome all the kittens. They are a wonderful group.

I went when it first opened and it didn't have a bathroom so was told I had to walk across the street to use one. They weren't really friendly people.

Got a cat from this organization about a week ago. I was told that it had worms at one point but was clear. No! Still had worms. When viewing i asked about a bit of gunk in the eye. The volunteer assured me it was just sleepy and all the cats that come from this foster home are always healthy. No! It's got a respiratory infection. The volunteer wasn't very friendly and treated us like we had no clue how to care for a cat.
