Don't waste your money at this "Spa". I had nine laser treatments on my lower arms and I still had at least 50% of my hair growing back. The laser treatment is expensive and ineffective. Nobody answers the phone and it is extremely difficult to make an appointment. Once an appointment is finally made, you are still made to wait. There is no respect for the client's time. I would never go back to this place for any treatment at all.

Was looking forward to it but ended up refunding my Groupon. They don't have anyone answering the phone, so it's a big game of phone tag and leaving messages. They have conflicting hours on their phone message and their door. They're not always there during the hours they say and sometimes leave early. Will never go there.

I am a relatively new client who was reffered by a very good friend/ long term client. I was reffered to TATIA who is been here for almost a decade. I had two treatments with AMAZING results. However I just found out she wont longer be doing services/ she is not at the spa any more. Now I am very hesitant to continue treatments as the reviews from my friend have not been the best !! So I wont come back to this place any more or reffering any family or friends ! Its a loss for the spa and other clients and also me !
