Buses do not halt at the Viking Way where waves are supposed to stop, as previous stops have been eliminated. I have encountered numerous bus drivers who did not halt, despite my expectations in that area. My scheduled appointments have consequently been postponed.
Worst transit agency on the face of the planet. Does bare minimum to serve the nearly half million residents. Places bus stops at extremely dangerous locations with no regard to safety, regularly operates late ferries and posts publicly that they are on time, and has no repercussions for routinely failing riders and taxpayers. Say whatever you want, Kitsap transit can run you over with a ferry and no one would say a word.
