I think Kitsap credit union rocks I accidentally took to long at the ATM and lost my card in the machine I thought I was gonna have to get a new one but they were able to retrieve it so I didn't have to get another card thank you so much for looking out for your customer me 🤘
Got a voicemail saying they needed to “speak to me about my account”. Waited on hold FOR NEARLY TEN MINUTES only to find out they were just soliciting me, asking if I wanted to open another account! Umm NO! Especially not after wasting my time with a manipulative tactic like that. GROSS. Their whole system is archaic… If I didn’t have a loan with them, I wouldn’t do business with them.
Tried to charge my payment on a holiday and it bounced, so they made it so that I’m not eligible for auto pay anymore and I was charged. The money was in my account but it was literally Labor Day. Huge inconvenience. Also there is a 15 day grace period, I pay my payment every single month, without fail on the first. We have flooding and all else going on right now and I have told them I will pay on the 15th which falls within my grace period. Failed to give back $55 dollar purchases from spirit halloween even though I have the receipt. Avoid if you like your money.
Phone support is terrible. They are usually unable to help due to lacking knowledge. They will tell you anything just to get you off the phone. All while making it clear that you are bothering them. As far as the recent updates to web page, what a joke. Was a easy-to-use simple process is now a more difficult complicated process. Especially if you're trying to Bill pay.
