I've been having problems with my debit card getting compromised so I went in today to get a new card. Alesha helped me not only with that but gave me some paperwork and pamphlets on keeping your info safe. I've had to get a new card more than once and this is the first time someone took the time to help me with tips on staying safe and she was just lovely. I appreciated her help so much! Thank you Alesha, you rock!!
I have been a customer of Kitsap Credit Union for at least a decade now. I've never had a negative experience. In addition to regular banking activity I have also financed my last two cars through them. It was very easy to make every payment.
Just by Chance the last two times I've gone into the lobby I have been helped by a nice lady named Alicia. NO she isn't someone I know personally and I'm not getting paid to make a nice comment! LOL. Very professional very nice woman that makes having to go into the lobby to handle things about as pleasant as possible
Very nice helpful people. I am not happy with their debit card. I am always ha ing to get it unblocked.
