Terrible customer service and they just give me the runaround. Monday Labor Day I deposited almost $600 into the ATM at the front of the store. The ATM let me know that it had malfunctioned and could not give me my money back nor verify the deposit and print it out a receipt for me to bring into the bank. As I live almost 20 minutes away from any of the three branches this is inconvenient, but OK I came back the next day. I applied for a vehicle loan online and was pre-approved faster than anywhere else I had applied. The process was so quick and efficient that I knew my status almost instantly. When I went into my local branch in Gig Harbor to sign the papers, it was completely seamless. Terri, from the Gig Harbor location, was the one who called me back to get the ball rolling on signing. Got laid off and automatic withdraws came through. Got charged 35 per draw. Over 300$ in fines 2 different times. Bank said can't help you, yet I ask for help one time and nothing but gave the bank over 600 dollars from me in fines. Bank won't let them forgive me one time. Hard to believe it cost yall that much money to process stuff. Banker told me you reduced the allowance of forgiveness per employee. Selfish act.
*Absolutely Horrible Experience with Kitsap Credit Union** I’m beyond frustrated with Kitsap Credit Union and their lack of support during an already difficult situation. My car was stolen, crashed, and is now totaled. The car is currently in Kitsap’s possession, yet despite filing a claim and having both GAP insurance and regular insurance *through* Kitsap, they are still demanding I continue making the $750 monthly payment on a car that’s totaled and unusable. i have struggled with online banking for years. I ended up having to o to the bank in person to get what I need. I ordered checks and discovered they are now $50. hen I called 11/2 days later to can cel the order I was told it was too late. Now I am suck with a $50 payment to a bank I am about yo quit.
