I am a customer for 12 years. They are deliberately difficult to work with so much so that it would be comical were it not tragic. Specifically; reporting fraud, having all accounts locked and needing a card replacement - all of which were explicitly described to me to not happen, so as to prevent accidental blocking of my entire and complete access to my account.
