Personal customer service. Appreciate having a KCU branch in Mason county.
Bad experience , some manager, ill never ever use for my business ever, never been thru this before, actual stars should be -10, they lost a very solid customer, thru no fault of my own, advice,go somewhere else!!! Update: the Branch Mgr reached out and all was amended,cleared up and appreciate someone on their own doing this to make it right, thank you.
I wanted to take the time to express my frustration with a really ridiculous branch policy at this KCU in Belfair. I am a member of BECU a co-op Credit Union, and I live near Belfair, so I use KCU's ATM quite often if I need cash. However, today I needed coins. Specifically the gold-dollar coins you can purchase for $25 a roll. So naturally, after I used the ATM to get the cash, I went in the branch to purchase the coins from the teller.
