They wasted a bunch of my time. They said they could get a me a free checking account. I pay $15 a month through Chase, not including many other fees. I sit down with the person and talk with them for about 15 minutes, when they then ask for my address. I only have a mailing address as I'm homeless. Why didn't they ask that first thing? Ridiculous.
We went inside the bank we have been with for 40 years in Belfair to buy quarters. We had a crisp $20 bill to buy the $20 in quarters. They wanted ID and a bank account number. THEY KNOW ME! They refused to give up the quarters. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE PLEASE. The new bill pay that took a week to complete is trash. It wiped out all our info to the payees and our mortgage payment no longer even had our bank information. There's more ridiculous rules over the years and I do believe it's time to move on.
