15 dollars to make my payment over the phone or it's free to do it at a branch. What a joke. There's no difference if a pay over the phone or pay at the branch I am still taking someone time to make a payment. Heck you think a bank would be happy people are making there payments. But apparently they just try to make more money off people for being responsible.
Visited this branch location yesterday to get change for my upcoming garage sale. Kaitlyn at the counter was so friendly and helpful and made the brief stop pleasant. Now I understand why my son banks there!
I have one star, because 0 isn’t an option. I genuinely, whole heartedly, mean when I say…. I would prefer to live under a bridge, than borrow 1$ from Kitsap Credit Union! Feel free to comment on this for details as to why you don’t want to be involved with this nightmare of a company.
Attempted to pay off the remainder of a vehicle loan. $15 dollar fee to do so over the phone, and the online payment system won’t allow the customer to pay off the loan. The online payment system instead directs the customer automatically to call the bank to pay off the loan. This tactic may be illegal, not sure. After 4 phone calls, it was decided that no fee could be waived. In any event, the issue is still not resolved.
