There's no difference if a pay over the phone or pay at the branch I am still taking someone time to make a payment. Heck you think a bank would be happy people are making there payments. They were incredibly patient and helpful with helping me set up the app and catching up on things and they provided all the info I needed. Eric was awesome in explaining everything and walking me through the process since I was having issues figuring it out myself. Thank you for everything.

Visited this branch location yesterday to get change for my upcoming garage sale. Kaitlyn at the counter was so friendly and helpful and made the brief stop pleasant. Now I understand why my son banks there!
I have one star, because 0 isn’t an option. I genuinely, whole heartedly, mean when I say…. I would prefer to live under a bridge, than borrow 1$ from Kitsap Credit Union! Feel free to comment on this for details as to why you don’t want to be involved with this nightmare of a company.
