There's no difference if a pay over the phone or pay at the branch I am still taking someone time to make a payment. Heck you think a bank would be happy people are making there payments. Visited this branch location yesterday to get change for my upcoming garage sale. Kaitlyn at the counter was so friendly and helpful and made the brief stop pleasant. Now I understand why my son banks there!
