Predatory business that has fees with every transaction.
The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered from a financial institution. You call and ask questions and they say they'll call you back, but they never do. In fact, they will tell you that they called you back and left a message, but those things never happened. Really difficult to deal with. I would not recommend anybody doing business with them. I also want to be clear that this is directed at the call center. The branch has always been great, but it's not always convenient to go to the branch.
