Today I worked with Nikita Ryon at the port Townsend branch to do a dispute of a charge. When I can in I was frustrated with my situation. She not only worked hard to fix my issue with an online purchase, she also was friendly and kept me at ease with a smile and laughed at my jokes to help make me feel better. She was able to take care of everything with a smile and care. She was a joy to work with in a frustrating situation.
Nikita Ryan assisted me with fraudulent charges on my card and explained everything so well that I felt seen and heard! She is AWESOME!
