I reported a crime to the police and it was forwarded to the prosecuting attorneys office along with witnesses statements and then filed a anti harassment order against the perpetrator who showed up to court and admitted to the crime multiple times directly to the judge and when I informed the prosecuting attorneys office they said they weren't going to pursue criminal charges because apparently breaking and entry and burglary isn't a crime here anymore. 1 year later they sent me a summons to help them prosecute the son of t... read more

horrible, horrible experience being a victim in one of michelle taylor's cases. wild goose chase is exactly what it is. she's refused to speak to me directly even once, didnt allow me the chance to speak in court. was not allowed to provide evidence or a statement. she gave the defendant a plea deal and his charges were reduced from assault 2/felony with a firearm to mere harassment and now he walks.
