I opened my bank account through Kitsap Bank a month ago, and all of the money is gone due to fraudulent transactions. Calling all of their support lines and fraud lines results in dead ends. People say online banks are sketchy but I've never had issues like this with online banks. Stay away. Edit: The team at Kitsap Bank was able to investigate the transactions and return my money. They acted within 24 hours of first contact and were very kind assisting me with this. Thank you!

We have banked with the BI branch of Kitsap Bank for 20+ years. They are unfailingly reliable, friendly and trustworthy. In this day of mega companies, it is so refreshing to have my money in a local bank where people know me by name and care about me.
