I've been a customer there for only a few months. I ordered checks when I opened the account when I got them a few weeks later they had the wrong account number on them. I took them into the bank and asked for them to be reordered. I went back to check on them a few weeks later and they had not received them. Apparently they had not been ordered. I was a Kitsap Bank customer for over 20 years. I recently moved out of the area, and switched banks for accessibility and convenience. Over the last few years, I had the pleasure of dealing with Lynda Douglas in Port Townsend on several occasions. She was always responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
