The gals working here are beyond amazing! I brought in a deposit which required quite a bit of counting and they were so understanding, kind and ready to go. They also gave my pup a treat and gave him some water knowing that it was very hot outside. There’s a lot of kitsap bank locations in the area to choose from, and I would absolutely choose this location again all due to their customer service and kindness. Thank you!
Refused to give me my account number over the phone. Their app doesn’t have your account number and they’ll tell you check your statement or your checks even though they do not supply checks…oh and if you signup for Paperless your account number is x out except the last 4 numbers.. congratulations Kitsap bank you’re one of the most unhelpful bank to date.. whomever built the Kitsap bank app was terrible..its like they spent as least as possible
