Worst customer service at their booth at Oshkosh. My 12 yr old son walked away crying from their booth after one of the Kitfox owners, Debra, wouldn’t answer his questions and weren’t kind to him. He was a big fan asking about the Kitfox multiple times a day. We were looking at purchasing a kit but we will be looking at other companies now like Highlander, Avid, Zenith, Rans Courier, Ridge Runner, Taylorcraft, Ridge Runner, Bearhawk, Super Cub, Husky, or Cessna(s). Drove all the way from mt home. To find a couple I bolts and brackets for my ultralight airplane Only to be told that they won't sell me any parts because I don't have a kitfox! Is my money not the same as anyone else's? Very dismissive and unwilling to do business with me eventhough I own an airplane and some parts would be compatible. Was actually looking into buying a kitfox but not anymore!

It's Kitfox.. Of course it's amazing! Awesome people just makes an amazing plane even better. Great support system.
