I sold a number of silver coins to Kitco in December 2025. They sent an email acknowledging receipt of the coins a few days later. After one month I still have not been paid. I called a few days ago and gave them the option of returning my coins or sending payment. I was promised a check by courier within a few days...nothing. I called again today and was given the same song and dance and promised a call back. No call back. This is not a reliable buyer of precious metals. I should have stuck with APMEX.
Kitco and I have been doing business together for years. Selling to Kitco has resulted in prompt payments. Purchasing from Kitco is an easy process online. Arranging wire payments is simple. Delivery time is quite reasonable. That is amazing given the current gold and silver markets.
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS BUYING/SELLING FROM HERE. I submit my receipts plus ill do a break down as well to save you time. I bought six 1oz coins from KITCO, it was sold at 5886.86 per piece right? (4coins were old mints WHICH IS 60$ cheaper than the new ones plus 2 with DNA (digital non-destructive activation). I also got one 1oz from CANADA GOLD at 5754$ and If i had bought over 3 pieces from CANADA GOLD i would have saved another 20$ per piece.
