Initially all was great. Alan came out, measured up, went through the plans, gave the price, paid deposit and date for installation. Then couple of weeks before I had a phone call chasing up balance and was told we have emailed you. Advised that I didn't have an email and was told yes you have - they didn't email me because they couldnt read Alan's writing and emailed the wrong email address. Terrible. From wrong units to being sent and being told awk well just buy this or that it won't cost alot. (Not the point) To almost every door being damaged and having to be replaced (fitting new doors at my expense). Panels sent out at wrong sizes, missing items constantly. Every door or unit STILL has some sort of damage on it. Some of which are filled with what looks like decorators caulk. Hoping it wouldn't catch the eye. Handles missing, edging strips missing. Alan and his team were 1st class from start to completion. High quality kitchen units and real value for money. Our 2 man fitting team completed our work in 3 day's and were prompt,polite and professional throughout. New kitchen all cleaned down and all waste removed also.Amazing!!
