Arrived as she's closing the shop; lights off and locking the door. She sees me and opens the shop back up just for me. Very nice.

MY GOSH....The worst customer service I've ever come across. No acknowledgment or not even a smile & I was the only person in the shop. When I asked about something, I got the most rudest response, maybe I interrupted her on her phone behind the counter. If only she knew I was there to spend a lot of money. I took it to House Homewares instead where they were so helpful.
I have had great service in this shop. Great staff full of knowledge and fun.
