One star too many! Do not order a custom table from this place! Waited 3 months and they delivered knowing it wasn't the correct order. I order live edge cherry, 3" white pearl apoxy. They stained OVER the apoxy, then picked it back up and had the amish put it thru a planer and take off the stain. Amish didn't do bottom side (looks yellow on bottom and half a$$ on top). They will ignore you when they screw up – Ordered a table and chairs in early March. I was told it would be about 4 weeks at the latest. It is now 5/21 and now everytime i call i get a voicemail box that does not get returned. I was told the product shipped and they would have it a few weeks ago. I called back and they said there was a mistake and that it had not shipped but would have to get back to me as to why. Shockingly i now cannot get ahold of her and she will not return my calls. Don't buy floor sample!! – We got a floor sample of a sofa that we were told multiple times that it works it was just the floor sample. After traveling 4hrs with it to get it unwraped we find that it doesn't work! So called and talked to Sheila the sales lady we had who in return passed the buck to Tony. Durable furniture, affordable price – This store is top notch. My mother bought a set at this store probably 25 years ago when it was Dinette Gallery. Yeah, the store has been around a while. She STILL has the chairs at her house, and I used to lean back in those things a lot. In fact the table that she bought with them is now in my house and still holds up to some modest abuse. BEWARE !! Store not honorable. Defective furniture !! – I bought 2 (two) dining suites from this outfit since we were redecorating. One chair frame broke after about a month of light use. We took it back and got a runaround. "We never saw this before" and then the store would not replace the chair. About two weeks later another chair spring shot right the seat while someone was sitting on it. We tried to replace the defective furniture, but this customer refused. His behavior forced us to call the Columbus Police, who came and escorted him from our store. His review here is full of deception and bold-faced lies. We offer every customer an equal and specified level of service. We bend over backwards to make our customers happy. Some people cannot be made happy, and in this case the customer was out of control.
Great Experience! – I placed a special order w Dinnette Gallery for counter stools and a dining chair. Their selection was great with a range of prices. The chairs I selected were at the best price here, beating online stores too! After paying in full for my order I got a little nervous after reading some reviews but "all for naught" My order did take the full 8 weeks to get here as they said it would. Best prices within 100 miles – After having a good experience with Dinette Gallery myself, I invited my mother and father-in-law to check them out when they were shopping for a kitchen table and bar stools. They drove down from Putnam county (about 2 hours away) and purchased a nice kitchen set themselves. Although the product was not in stock, it came in quickly and they agreed they couldn't find a better selection or price anywhere closer.
YES ITS TURE – So i am commenting on truly a nightmare and wish I had seen this before I ordered. Yes it is true that the manufacturer will give the consumer the information about the order.
