I wanted to thanks all the staff for their exceptional service, especially Somi, who was very professional, first helped me over the phone and prepared the item , so that I could buy it quickly ! A few days later, I wanted to return the item, but again, she was very nice and professional, found my receipt and returned the item.

Do not buy anything from this store if you cannot return it, because they make several excuses to reject your return request. I purchased a slicer from their Richmond Hill store. When I approached the cashier, Lana, to return a drum slicer, she repeatedly tried to find reasons not to accept the return. First, she claimed the item was used and smelled of garlic. Sales person Somi who falsely introduced herself as the manager which she is not !!!! is very unprofessional and RUDE . An item that was not final sale she refused to return the next day. The item had a manufacturing defect and was never used!!! Unfortunately there is a big lack of preliminary customer service at this location.
