I had a wonderful experience shopping for kitchen items. The selection was excellent, the products were good quality, and the prices were very reasonable. A special thank you to Stenobia who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing the right products. She took the time to understand what I needed and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store, especially because of the excellent customer service!
Not a child-friendly environment. A staff member whose name started with “Lynn” repeatedly told my toddler not to touch anything, even though he was only holding silicone spatulas. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome. I’m not sure if it was racially motivated or if she simply dislikes children, but the experience was very uncomfortable.
I visit Kitchen Stuff Plus and regularly go in from time to time All my encounters there are so wonderful. I especially love Kruti who always welcomes me with a smile and shows her willingness to help. She is always available if I have question and I never feels rushed or hurried. I take my time browsing around. Because of her excellent customer service I am a return customer every time. Keep up the great work Kruti. Your customers sure do appreciate it. JOY
