I wasn’t there personally but my mom and dad went in today, and my mom bought a gift and asked the employee named Yousef to wrap it and she said he wrapped it up horribly and she left upset and its fine if thats where it ended but he thrn saw her again outside and made some snarky remarks as she told me, I am just in aw that someone would do such a thing to my sweet mom and I am really upset, please speak to him about proper customer service this is unacceptable
Very nice store with good prices. Caroline was very helpful.
