Great service! I live in the tropics and I don’t own any cold weather gear. I recently had a work trip to Big Sky, Montana with the opportunity to snowboard. We used Kit Lender for a recent ski trip to Montana. The website was easy to use, the online support during the order process was very responsive, and the equipment received was great. The communication throughout the fulfillment process was top notch. They literally pinged me until I responded to outstanding questions. My order was waiting for me when I arrived in Montana. It included everything I ordered and anything I needed to ship it back. Soooo easy to work with!
