My grandmother was being taking to the hospital via ambulance. The driver had the bus monitor get off the bus and tell the ambulance driver to move so they can continue picking up kids. The bus monitor wasn't exactly the nicest when doing so. They proceeded to talk to each other, point towards the ambulance and laugh. I feel this was very unprofessional. I understand that you have a job to do and a schedule to keep but making fun of an elderly woman in an ambulance is unacceptable.

The bus is a great resource for parents without the means to get their kids to school but the bus drivers don't really seem to care. Several times the door has been shut and the bus pulls off as soon as we set foot outside the stop. I understand adhering to a schedule but if you're gonna treat this like any other public transportation, the bus should also not be constantly late or early.
