I've used Kissack's service for many years. I was stunned and surprised how incorrect his diagnoses were. It was a good thing I went for 2nd opinion and ended up having an emergency surgery. A very close call from having a perm vision damage! He may be fine with just the eye examination routine, but not fine for other eye issues. Be careful using his service.
