In August 2020, we hired this company to create a website for our non-profit charity. After paying half upfront, the project initially moved forward fairly well but then stalled for weeks in October, when the web designer wouldn't respond to multiple emails. It started up a bit again in Nov/Dec, then stalled in January. We tried on numerous occasions to make things work but now the web designer suspended our account. Overall a disappointing and demoralizing experience due to poor communication.

They are more than a website design company, they helped us develop our brand message and streamline our communications to give customers and donors a clear vision of our product and impact.
