I hired Mr Raykin and his associate Mr Davis to do an appeal for my disability case and retrieve medical records the judge wanted and they told the judge they never received my medical records from the medical custodian, and then the medical custodian sent the judge a letter stating these attorneys had my files for three months and showed the judge proof he sent them, so the judge was upset these attorneys wernt telling him the truth, and then they never gave my 2500$ retainer back .
