Knowledge staff and tellers
I've been with Kish Bank for years and am only closing now because I moved and needed a closer bank. They have been so helpful throughout the years with any questions or problems I've had. The people are friendly and welcoming at this branch. Thank you so much for all that you do!
I have been transferred to four branches about a transaction dispute and have yet to hear back from anyone. This has been going on for over a month. Very poor customer service. Other banks have issued refunds in regards to the dispute I've inquired about. Would not recommend to anyone.
Was not impressed, recently moved to the area and wanted to open bank accounts. It was such an issue with the staff that we left. This was not a great first impression, at 2:30pm when you close at 5. I would not recommend this bank nor would I give any stars unfortunately I had to give one.
As a small business, we have relied on Kish Bank for at least a dozen years. They have always been helpful and honest, especially with loans and credit lines.
