The outlet is a warehouse-style store, and had plenty of selections to peruse and shop. The sales staff acknowledged us, but left us to test and decide on the purchase without any pressure or overbearing attention, which was highly appreciated. When it was time to purchase, it was done efficiently and neatly, with no attempt to upsell. Would be happy to shop here again!
Best place to shop for reasonably priced furniture in the tri cities. The older gentleman that works the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. Highly recommend.
Great to deal with and fantastic selection and prices. Tara is who we always ask for and she is great to work with. Gary was super helpful and wonderful as well. The delivery guys were courteous and professional. Completely satisfied with every step of the process.
