got an appointment with Lenore for estate planning couldn't reach her, after trying for three days couldn't even speak to anyone in this law group. dropped the idea of using their services, if as a potential client I cannot reach them then their existing clients must got through hell
My father hired Lenore as his lawyer and his will was written in 2021. He passed in late September 2025, and did not have an updated copy of his will in his estate folder. I called Lenore twice and emailed 3 times regarding the will and inquiring about who the new executor is. It's been over two weeks and I have not gotten a single response.
