Mr. Michael Kerwin was a down right rude, uncouth and cocky person who I will never suggest to anyone for their child’s law guardian. He couldn’t be bothered with simple questions and brushed me off quicker than dust. Waste of a law firm!
This is truly the type of lawyer that gives the profession a bad name. His correspondence skills were vague and poorly communicated. Doesn’t respect the clients timelines and is very stressful and confusing in handling affairs. I thank the heavens that he was not my primary lawyer i just needed a second opinion he even couldn't complete the task. Has no grace what so ever. Takes on ANY case and doesn't have the knowledge, don't waste your money!
One of the best attorneys, I've have had the privilege of working with (and I've had a few) over a matter that was extremely sensitive in Syracuse, NY. I am in California, and I struck gold when I located Terry Kirwan, with Kirwan Law Firm. The day I called, he returned my call and the next day, he had a letter out to the situation that I was having an issue with.
