What an awful place to put a loved one! The Memory Care Unit is filthy. They do not regularly clean the floors after meals, so they are routinely sticky and have food all over them. The halls and main room are also dirty. I don't think the windows in the facility have ever been washed and some have broken glass. The air conditioning does not work properly, so some of the rooms are very hot and the residents are piled into a hallway with fans running. This place ” might " become a place to get better but for now it's not fit for a dog. 75 percent of the staff is uncaring ,no communication between the staff, 3 on the food, 2 on the cleaning night shift does not check on patients and some patients don't get checked on from 7:00 pm until 8:00 am.The federal needs to make a surprise visit
