Due to a personal situation I called and asked for assistance on a deferral so I can get back on track. I was told I had to bring my account current in order to get help and a deferral. Well, if I was able to get my account current I wouldn’t need the deferral to begin with! Make it make sense! I should have gone with my first option for financing with a much better Credit Union. Lesson learned!!!!!
Outstanding Service with a Smile ! Shoutout to Terri at KFCU on Coors. She assisted me in getting approval for a car loan. She eased my stress by treating me like a close friend or family member. She was so friendly and patient and explained each step of the process along the way. This location has exceptional customer service and if you are in the market for a new or used car I recommend Terri very highly !
