I have never had problems with them handling my money. My one complaint is that they often close 30 minutes to a hour before their stated hours.
I had the pleasure of working with Mizael Torres to refinance my vehicle loan. He was available every time I came into the branch. He was professional and full of knowledge that helped me get money back from my original loan holder. This credit union makes it your fault for banking with them. They make everything incredibly difficult for zero reason. The anti-fraud line can freeze your card, but cannot unfreeze it if you prove you made those purchases, you instead have to call card services. If you have an issue with your account on the weekend, you cannot do anything until monday. EVEN ON THE APP. Because you're required to call someone to fix any little thing, but you can only call during office hours, and kirtland closes whenever they feel like it. A... read more
