Kirsty has assisted me in my journey of an easier life with anxiety, she is a calming presence that facilitates my healing through hypno, reiki and meditation. I had a tremor from the age of 7 that almost completely disappeared right after my reiki session, this was amazing seeing I had been medicated for this in the past and now was nearly gone with reiki. I have absolutely loved working with Kirsty over the past couple years. I have received Reiki & Hypnotherapy and will continue to contact Kirsty when I need to. I have attended sessions in her clinic & have also received a session over the phone when I could not physically get to the clinic. All of them have been supportive.
