I did a day retreat with Kirsten as I needed to reset. We started off with Yoga, a yummy green smoothie, then a visualisation meditation a Naturepath consult, lunch then a beautiful massage and a sauna. I felt totally spoilt and amazing- I had the best night sleep I have had in a very long time . I feel so lucky that we have such a great massage therapist here in Pottsville. Kirsten gives such an amazing, firm, full body massage every time I have visited without fail. I often msg her the day before and she often shuffles her schedule always trying hard to fit me in. The sauna is a great added bonus, I always have the best sleep after my visit.
