I did a day retreat with Kirsten as I needed to reset. We started off with Yoga, a yummy green smoothie, then a visualisation meditation a Naturepath consult, lunch then a beautiful massage and a sauna. I felt totally spoilt and amazing- I had the best night sleep I have had in a very long time . I highly recommend Kirsten also easy to talk to and open minded and very knowledgeable and passionate in what she does . Rosemary
I feel so lucky that we have such a great massage therapist here in Pottsville. Kirsten gives such an amazing, firm, full body massage every time I have visited without fail. I often msg her the day before and she often shuffles her schedule always trying hard to fit me in. The sauna is a great added bonus, I always have the best sleep after my visit.
Kirsten kindly booked me in for an urgent appointment after I woke with bad neck and shoulder pain. It was my first visit and Kirsten was so kind and welcoming and I felt relaxed on arrival. It was an added treat on a cold day, to find her treatment table was heated with heated towels also! I floated out of the 1hr massage, feeling so much relief. After recently moving to the area, I can say without a doubt that I have found my new massage therapist and naturopath!! Kirsten is very knowledgeable and offers the best massage I’ve had in years. She has a lovely nature to her, and the environment is very relaxing and inviting, especially on the cold days with warm towels and a heated massage table on offer. I look forward to getting my health back on track with Kirsten’s experience and guidance.
My massages with Kirsten have been amazing , she really helps and focuses on those areas i have issues with. Feeling alot less tension.
