Kirsten is an amazing Practitioner! I highly recommend anyone to go see her. I have known her for over 5 yrs as a colleague in healthcare. I always feel safe under her care that I can fall asleep on her treatment table. She listens to me and knows my lifestyle - her treatments don't just fix me they are geared to me specifically... not cookie cutter.
When I came to see Kirsten Spainhower I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I had chronic back pain and nothing besides deep time consuming stretching could help. Until I came to Better Balance Acupunctue. I don't know what Kirsten Spainhower did, but after a few treatments my pain began to subside considerably. Until the point when there was no more pain. Definitely a good doctor.
Kirsten is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable but most importantly, she has a passion to help her patients and a warm, friendly bedside manner. Her love of healing through acupuncture has been, and continues to be, evident throughout my treatment. She has helped me and my family tremendously with a variety of issues including digestive and sleep problems and she has even helped with my infant daughter's teething pain. I strongly recommend Better Balance Acupuncture to everyone!
Kirsten is very knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. She's friendly and professional and makes you feel comfortable. She has treated me for sinus pressure/infections, back and neck pain, and more recently digestive issues with both acupuncture and cupping. She's very thorough in her assessment and doesn't only treat the issue; she gives you the tools and knowledge to heal yourself, which I really appreciate!
