Kirsten is an excellent massage therapist. She has been able to help with me a nerve impingement in my lower back and with really horrible tension headaches. She was able to help alleviate and bring a welcome relief to the daily pain. She was gentle, yet quite effective, but could also get in deep when needed. She has such a healing touch, a very kind and friendly demeanour, and she is certainly very knowledgable in her trade. I highly recommend her services.

I would highly recommend Kirsten, she is very good and knows what she's doing. she's professional. I hurt my back at work with lower back problems over 4 months ago and every time I go to Kristen, I feel better after the visit with her. Thank you Kristen, for all you do!!

I went to Kirsten the first time a few weeks ago for a massage to help with my lower back pain and I noticed a difference after the first treatment. She really knows her stuff and effectively works at those knots and tight spots. She’s down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable, I highly recommend her! Thanks Kirsten!!!

I was nervous about getting a massage for the first time and very self conscious but Kirsten was fantastic and made me feel really comfortable. I have really bad headaches and neck pain and her massage has been the only thing to give me some relief. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
