If I could give them a 0 star review I would. This place is a nightmare to try and get ahold of someone. You call the “main number” and it just rings and rings and then leads you to a voicemail. They’ll call back and give you a direct extension but no option to enter an extension when you call back. Again rings and rings and sends you to a general voicemail box. I finally got ahold of a live person and she told me they downsized and eliminated their inbound call center and are only down to two reps and because it’s “so busy”... read more
They took out a payment after being on the phone with them for an hour saying they sorted it out and pushed back my payment two months. Only for it to be taken out leaving my account in the red. These guys are trash
They are a junk debt buyer.
These people are criminals disguised as "lawyers". i was paying off a credit card and they stole nearly 20 thousand dollars, froze my account and garnished my paychecks.
