Gave me miss leading information and miss communication between the employees here. I have waited long wait times to be seen and the most recent time was 40mins after my appointment. I was not listened to the first time and we went the “lawyers idea” route and got rejected. Now we have to go the route I originally wanted to go and the way I was talked to made me feel small and stupid. If your secretary doesn’t know the answer to something have them ask a question to anyone in the office with knowledge. DONT just make appoint... read more
