Out taxes were paid late because of a mistake she made. She tried blaming us and never apologized and couldn't have cared less. Worst experience ever !!
I’m super disappointed with this tax preparation. I expected to pay in, however I didn’t expect to get no phone calls with any questions, nor did I expect an utter lack of privacy while getting barely any explanation of why we had to pay in as much. I also didn’t receive any out of box ideas of how to adjust our pay out like IRA or CD accounts. I honestly felt talked down to by her as she insisted I was not claiming what I said I was (I called my HR dept and was reassured I was in fact claiming what I stated). We felt forced... read more
