They are highly reccomended by a great law firm in west chester.... I have never had an issue with the receptionist, but hey we all have a bad day now and then..so dont deny yourself based on that alone. Filed my taxes within no time and they were more thn flexible when it came to payment for my services. Plus anytime I needed advise, I called and they helped me out tremendously. Wow, I disagree completely with mercy sucks.......wonder if he/she thinks everything sucks......just because. I have been a client of this firm for almost 5 years and I would say their receptionists are a major positive selling point. I am in sales so I talk to a lot of receptionists. Their people have always, always been extemely friendly, helpful and totally professional.Not to mention I have always received valuable and timely advice from them.
Receptionists was rude, i will never call their office again.
