Thanks to Walter McClatchey for taking care of my claim! It was a long slow process but he got it done and I’m pleased!!! Thanks also to Haley she was very helpful with this situation! I can’t say the same for the other lazy office worker!!! Haley would be juggling multiple task when I would come in and Briggs would be either be playing on her phone or just sitting there not helping at all!!! This office is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! If you’re not related to someone that works in this office you will literally not get any assistance at all!!! I’ve been dealing with these unprofessional workers at this office for over a year and they are still to this very day giving the run around for help!!! I’ve literally just been told by one of them I’d have to do it myself when it’s they’re job!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IT’S WORTHLESS!!!!! They need a star for 0 because they don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!

I was referred to Kirsatchie legal aid by David Stamey clerk of court, because I was declared indigent by the court of natchitoches parish. When I reached out for help from Kirsatchie legal aid I was told that they didn't have an attorney available at the moment for what I was seeking help for.
