Amazing customer service. The guys a Kirstsll timber really were brilliant. I'm only a DIYer but they responded to emails straight away and gave great advise and information. When I went to collect the wood they were super helpful and happy to help l. They showed me a few sheets so I could pick the most suitable and cut them to my specification. Next time I need wood this is the place i will go.
Great selection of timber. Oak, mahogany and pine. Very good quality too. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We will visit again and highly recommend it.
Wanted to price up gateposts and look at different options for a small front garden gate. The lack of visible prices, the large number of options and inexperience made me initially cautious but I needn't have been. Really well looked after by Mick who persuaded me I could make one and gave a design suggestion. As my order was small he then looked for the good parts of warped stock, which he cut to size for me.
