I would encourage you to not use this law firm for your real estate closings. I’m an attorney and they wouldn’t extend a professional courtesy to me so I’m sure they won’t to you reading this either. They have a policy to not wire sale proceeds from closings and to instead use checks. They think issuing quarter million dollar checks is safer than confirming wiring instructions.
